Can we provide our own alcohol?

At weddings you are able to provide your own table wine, reception drinks etc. But we do not allow you to stock the bar with your own alcohol for Weddings.

For some Private and Corporate Events we may allow you to provide your own alcohol, however this will need to be discussed and agreed upon before the event.
 

Do we need to provide staff?

No, we provide you with at least two fully trained members of staff for each event. Typically they are our family members or friends of our family.

If you require extra staff there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of this.


What is the minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is £1000 and is required one month before the event.

 

How much does it cost to hire the Box Bar?

Our standard hire cost is £250 per day. This secures your booking with The Drinks Box (please see the next question for more information on the booking fee).

If a temporary events notice (TEN) is required, we will apply for this on your behalf. The cost of this will be discussed with you when you make your booking.

 

What does the booking fee cover?

Your booking fee secures:

  • Your chosen date and duration of your event
  • Full bar hire (excluding drinks packages)
  • Minimum of two friendly members of staff
  • Disposable PET glassware, ice, straws, coffee cups, milk and sugars
